During Covid-19,Prime focus is deducting the salary more than 50% and they are deduction the salary for 1 year just because of Covid

Favoritism, they dont respect to your work exprience, Sometimes, I have to work 16-20 hour in a day. from last 3 years no one get the appraisal in this company. and there is no job security at all.

Some team And management is too good. But one team management is worst coz they only look for their personal growth apart from team.

The management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is slow and salary hike is very low, appraisals are not upto tha mark and bonus are out of the syllabus.

Salaries are disbursed on time without any delays. The standard workweek consists of five working days. If you work on a national holiday, you will receive either payment or compensatory time off.

The company provides very minimal salary increments, and these are sometimes skipped entirely. Additionally, arrears are not paid. Despite having worked here for 3-5 years, employees are rarely promoted to their desired positions or see any meaningful changes. Even when promotions are requested, they are often ignored.

Forget about your life , hike, growth instead work as a labour without any expectations (this is what company expects from you). Worst worst worst ...I recommend don't join if you don't want to see yourself in mental health department with in few months 😊

The upper management won't let you grow. Increments are just the size of peanuts. micromanagement. Promotions and credits would only go to the VPs and BU heads just like rich getting richer, poor getting poorer
