The company provides very minimal salary increments, and these are sometimes skipped entirely. Additionally, arrears are not paid. Despite having worked here for 3-5 years, employees are rarely promoted to their desired positions or see any meaningful changes. Even when promotions are requested, they are often ignored.

Forget about your life , hike, growth instead work as a labour without any expectations (this is what company expects from you). Worst worst worst ...I recommend don't join if you don't want to see yourself in mental health department with in few months 😊

The upper management won't let you grow. Increments are just the size of peanuts. micromanagement. Promotions and credits would only go to the VPs and BU heads just like rich getting richer, poor getting poorer

... no leaders. Managers tends to look at immediate task and not on long term path. There are no salary benefits and no perks. No respect for employees. HR is non existant

The pay is terrible according to market value and they gloat about it while exploiting their employees. No benefits, no actual appraisals. The higher ups don’t bother or care about the writers, catalogers or editors. They pretend to do some with random group meetings.
