Work was easy enough, they have a high pay rate for the amount of work you need to do, great to have as a job in uni or shool/college.

Dislikes

Its always busy in store, customers make a lot of mess so you will constantly doing maintanence on shop floor.

It was just awesome place to work, pleasant n live environment, helpful n very cooperative Managers n HR, satisfactory salary, motivating seniors n teammates.

I a ma really very satisfied working with this company but caree growth is very slow and the work is environment is good...

I am basically from India...I really love to work in this company...but i dislike it wont provide visa facility for employees...i work for almost 6 six years.if they probably i m ready to work.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
