Employees avg promotion, Directors only depends on higher Manager employees no self assessment, Vary selfish kind less security for few departments etc.

The work culture is excellent, the top management personnel are very responsible and reliable and they have a say along with the ownership level. The work was very much satisfactory and although I wish I had more senior level responsibilities and job role, my reporting boss was very understanding and cooperative. Even though I had a short stint at the company, I had a wonderful experience.

Job Security is nil, work culture average, and management trying to improve but due to yes sir type senior management employees people are feeling uncertain of their future.

Dislikes

Both the director are very helpful but all other management staff in the project department are yes sir type, they don't enter the project's problems deeply and blame the site staff, as a result, the downwards people always feel uncertain about their job this system I dislike in Primarc Group. Judgments of yearly increments are not fair.
