HR is not co operative. Poor in English. Not maintaining the work culture. Very rude. Whenever it comes to work they does procrastination. And HR manager has two Assistant Managers to whom she supports more others are not important for her and only her referrals can join the organisation. People are suffering because of this behaviour. Management is having lots of trust on this team and they are taking advantage of this trust.

top management in not so good ...they lack expertise in handling day today activities, also egoistic approach towards others. only concerned about paperwork( data) and less focus on actual process improvement.

Don't Join Prijai, Your mentaly haress by your senior (HOD). No one HOD take responsibility for particular decision. Purchase Manager not take their team side in difficult situation. Vertical growth not getting.
