Subordinates are Good and supportive

Dislikes

HR is not co operative. Poor in English. Not maintaining the work culture. Very rude. Whenever it comes to work they does procrastination. And HR manager has two Assistant Managers to whom she supports more others are not important for her and only her referrals can join the organisation. People are suffering because of this behaviour. Management is having lots of trust on this team and they are taking advantage of this trust.
