Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Learned how to behave in a corporate office.How to suppress emotions. Even if you want to yell at the admin you will keep quiet.

...employee they didn't take action. Why? Because their project will be affected. Poor salary for freshers.For example they offer you 13000 monthly salary. Out of that 3000 they won't pay you.They will pay you 10000 only.The remaining 3000 of each month they will give you after 2.5 years. They provide No employee benefits. There won't be any celebrations. For onam they serve you a slice of Pizza. They prefer working late but no overtime pay.You have to work till 12 in the midnight and next day morning have to reach office at sharp 9.
