Job is good but not the management and the company policies is such like it would be very hard to be promoted.

Dislikes

The management always expects you to work extra time otherwise you won't be eligible for bonus and there would be always be balme game and politics going on, And to top it off there are a lot of managers and you have to be answerable to all.

A good work life balance and decent work culture the managment is at satisfactory level and company policies are equally good in terms of flexibility.

Dislikes

no such , salary is decent but career growth is quite slow in progress innovations and projects.

Work culture and work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Hard work is not paid off. Politics wins here and if any New York employees wants you out of there, there won't be anyone to genuinely evaluate your work. You will be just let go - job security is not there.

Likes

Only the colleagues there would help you to complete your day. Also you get paid on 1st of every month on a timely manner.

Dislikes

Everything else was bad. The managers play politics with their own employees.
