Biggest mistake of life that joined PrideGlobal. No work life balance. Made me work 18 - 19 hours a day and still I had to hear "do you think your job is 9- 5". Extreme politics I have faced. Everyday humiliation and insult on floor. Shouting and yelling on floor was not at all professionalism. 1 day took break for tea and I had to hear this is not a school, I won't stop you from taking break but had to hear 1 hour lecture for taking half an hour break. Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
