My junior TSOR always misguide me in work . He was not happy from the day I was joined. He always tried to hide all things relate to work . He wants to be my superior without have qualities of superior . Always lie with me and tried lots that I will not ahead in work.

Some time coustomer service team responded lately to the customers queries and after a lots of follow ups we are not able to timely satisfy our customer and we loose the sales.
