No job security and no work life balance in the satelite plants. Leadership is terrible in the satellite plants and no top management is not bother about the satellite plants employees life at the plants. Satellite plants are running with staff shortage and available staffs are handling multiple functions.

...d the HR -VP on 2009. Management is money minded not for thier people welfare Worst salary structure. They're having variable salary structure and not given full salary. Worst HR department. Those who opt for knowledge skills without expecting salary . Pricol ok Middle and upper level experience people, please don't join this company

...liated. Staff offered different food and operators were offered unhygienic food. If you pay one salary to HR you will get a confirmed job it was there during 2016 to 2017, I don't know what is now

Company HR Department bahut bekaar hai apke paise ya bonus rakh leta hai.koi support nhi krta.na hi jab aap company left kroge to apko bhut preshan krenge.f&f nhi denge

Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they given good salary hike and bonus every year

The company food are not good in the dinner time . I'm working as Quality analyst so i have rights ask a question to the permanent workers but they are not lessening to my works not all the permanent workers some workers are not lessening If i say anything suddenly they get anger with me and start fighting . I complain about the permanent staff to the supervisor they also not asking the question to them . This is my only problem in the company
