Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Dislikes

They doesn’t have proper organisation structure. Especially “businesses development” . Without vision they hire the people and after 6 months or 1 year HR will tell like, there is No business volumes pl. look for some other job
