Nothing good about the company policy, management, work culture and job security, it's just for learning purpose and Coimbatore is good place else, Manesar & coimbatore top management is terrible and doesn't allow people to grow and stopping overall growth of a person. You need to fight and learn on your own as there is a serious north v/s south team clash going on which leads to the overall atmosphere getting degraded and instead of any betterment. The overall thing would have been better if management people is empowering and making people learn which will bring overall growth to people and management. Having such good buisness in North plant still R&D is not able to be independent in North just because of the clash and people don't want to learn. The only person who kept Pricol alive is Vijay Mohan sir whose vision and way of thinking made me became an engineer and I will be always adore him. Else no one has such great vision in the whole company. I would say please develop the North R&D and make it independently work without any support of coimbatore. There are very good person in the market just increase the payscale and increase employee benefits people would enjoy working.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issue. Salary is worst in the market in North. Resignation is not easy process and compulsion to work 3 months even having buyout option and while firing out they don't even consider twice and gives warning when people want to grow or bring stress to the problems in front of HR and management. The whole HR team is worthless doesn't knows anything and just disturbs the person showing they are the most powerful person while doing non technical stuffs. It's my utter request to HR and other teams do you own work with dedication and commitment that will lead to development of the company.
