Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...eleased an audio recording in teams about harassment in chat about these people. The salary is on time, but there are lots of hidden deductions, and they don't give salary breakage. No HR policy. No validation of work beware. Some people overwrite code by adding spaces and tabs in SCM to pretend as they are working, you can't complaint because someone is Managers Spoon Feeder.
