They provide a good pay scale to all their employees. It's really nice working at Prettislim since they provide a very positive work environment. They are very professional with their internal team members & also with their clients.

Dislikes

They have a restriction on employees eating Fast Food. I think once in a while it is fine to eat what you like. Also at times because of the nature of the business, the employees have to work on weekends/public holidays.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. Managers value an individuals uniqueness and strenghts

Compensation is decent but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to workovertime to meet deadlines .

Salary are always on time . And no extra time , fix shift.

Dislikes

You are always under camera with voice rec. No personal space even, if you want to call at home. Managers has all control on your sales to change it on their favours.

...s used for weight loss treatment are fake and the method is older than himself.. You will not get single rupee other than salary.. If you will reach late even by few minutes they will deduct your salary.. They will deduct security deposit from your salary so that you will not leave the organisation before year.. hundreds of employees absconded due to work pressure and internal politics without even taking salary so think 100 times before joining here
