i would like to start my conversation with the five star for this company i had an amazing experience with this company! The company and my managers are top notch and I'm a guy who is very nervous but the time i gave my interview & the interviewer made me so comfortable and after that my WFM Manager played a important role in training me and getting me placed and also giving multi feedback so that i come to know where am i going wrong and also he is a very positive person and keeps the environment health and happy all the time which makes me feels better and honest I'm proud to be a part of Pretium family. also i highly recommend this company

iam a gym freak and I don't see any gym built at the tech park

good place to work , we have very good work environment, we have have Transport facility around Bangalore & we have team engagement activities like Cricket ,table tennis & cultural activities . Supportive WFM Manager, leads team with his smile & positive attitude , help's to manage work life balance . Good Sr. Manager who backs new Idea of development of employee's .

Would like to have Gym & Live Learning Sessions. Smoking zone is too far.

Pretium is good place to work we can showcase our skills and under my WFM management and my team member's is too good my WFM Manager provides enormous support towards the work and everything. love to work under my boss and Pretium. we have so, many process in Pretium too there process there heads and Sups are very supportive there employee's. Sometimes town hall and functions will be there the management will celebrate like anything we cant imagine. Coming to the work we can learn infinity of subject knowledge and we have hybrid model. Finally good environment to work. ÄWSOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE....TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....WORKKKKKKKKKKKKK

HR department has promised Hybrid option, Still asks to come office and work every week days. I was carrying an offer from other Company before coming to Pretium, One of the main reason to ignore the offer from that company was the work culture that Pretium has promised and it goes in vein. This has to be clarified and sorted.
