Company do not provide written everything in appointment letter, hidden deduction from salary. Company first deduct money when employee take leave, at the end of year or resignation company provide salary for balanced leaves, based on basic salary. They do not provide document signed, they always try to keep original letter with them. Non technical person handles technical person, they had sales like target for R and D team as well, they do not consider quality of work, they always need no of project to finish. Management treat employees as a slaaaave, everyday company threats to fire form the job. Job insicurity is too high, company has no money to maintain tissue paper in washroom, company try to attract with only infrastructure.

During my joining i faced a lot of issues in understanding work, but my team has really helped me in overcoming them. Now its been 13 years i have been working here at Presto with work- balance and a sense of job security

Worst work culture Worst management You will get lots of lots taunts You will get mentaly torcher Worst owner i have seen in my life Company fill with politics There are many flatterer of owner No job security No work life balance There is a WhatsApp group where they deligate you the tasy. Most of the the you will get task before you wakeup You have to submit daily report by the evening what have you done The non technical person will handle you There is a atmosphere of fear if you are new joinee you will understand this by an week in mechanical department old employee also feel this There is approximately 100 or 120 total employee with worker work here and when i left this company the employee code was around 600. They organised job every 2 months gap. Many people come and go If you still want to join this company then remember one if you are resigning before completing 1 yr the you will not get any cl sl el bous money ( they didn't paid mine also) That kind of issue you will face if you belong to mechanical filed

The work culture is superb, there is care for one & all. Humans are treated like humans, not machines. The management looks after the team and one can feel the energy in the organisation like no where else. Job is secure as long as no unethical work happens, integrity is very high here. Company policies are relaxed and it's fun to work at PRESTO.

Sometimes aggressive targets are set, which become challenging. People take their working lightly which it comes to taking responsibility.
