Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There's nothing to like about this place. Worst atmosphere in Export Department.

Dislikes

1. Slow Growth / Taking undue advantage of Employees. 2. Not a free work place ( Mental Stress), too much restrictions to talk team members and Colleagues related to work. 3. During working hours he will ask engaging you in his personal works and after working hours will make pressure to complete pending work of office.Engaging 24*7, no personal life. 4. Especially for female, it's humble request don't work in Export Department. 5. No policies and actions have been taken against harrassment Issues.
