The worst kind of politics is when managers help their favorites and make life difficult for those they dislike, often pushing them to resign through constant harassment. There is also significant gender bias in performance appraisals, with noticeable partiality towards men and women.

Micromanagent especially internal managers(middle management) playing with the engineering professionals. Upper management need to look action on those and give opp to the professional engineers. Don't over manage to people very disappointed recommendations needed

- Benefit of having an "open door policy" or "Access to leadership", easily connect with the leadership people instead of being restricted with a hierarchical structure/ - There is too much freedom to do things in the company without much restrictions. - Hybrid working model.
