They are giving good salary but negotiable and increment is not confirm. Even there is on instance of taking back the increment just because the faculty shows disagreement with the increment.
The infrastructure is good.
I found people are leaving within a week. That shows the poor job security structure. There are some departments where 20 faculty are leaving out of 40, and almost same rate is everywhere because they want to unnecessarily engage the faculty. There are duplication of work. They will take your higher degree at the time of joining. Exiting from university is a tedious task. They have culture to harass the faculty at the time of relieving. They can do better if they rotate the key officials of all the department. Infact key officials are weak and they are trying to safe their job and in result the poor faculty are suffering.

1. Bad HR department. Once you joined, they are not going to listen your problem anymore. They are behaving Professors as their servant.
2. Sameena is the worst lady and the root of all harassments in this university.
3. Many senior staffs who can't manage the work pressure died by heart attack or suicide.
4. Once you entered into the campus, you can't get out of the campus even for 30 minutes for a small work like posting a letter. Security will will ask to take permission from HR and HR will ask you to apply leave and go.
5. Complete corporate sector without the benefits of corporate sector.
6. No education. It is a certificate printing and selling Company.
Colleagues are good, located at outside of the city, Good infrastructure and landscape .

Lost the decision makers in due course. No proper ERP or MIS for data collection and analysis, No activity centers for students and no proper pay scale.
Exposure to work. Had good team. Enjoyed the day to day work.
