Worst university who took my salary in the name of fake policies.Hr policies are only to exploit employee and it changes accordingly.

Don't give salary when you are on notice period, give excuses of policies. No job security.

Colleagues are good, located at outside of the city, Good infrastructure and landscape .

Dislikes

Lost the decision makers in due course. No proper ERP or MIS for data collection and analysis, No activity centers for students and no proper pay scale.

...Policies, Job Security, Increments. No increments for 3 years for all staff. Salary deductions, just like that they deduct salaries to fulfill their other dreams. Employees will be terminated at any time. Be careful.

Deducted 50% salary for all employees from April, mentioned that they will continue to pay only 50%, will not pay back the remaining. Will the management accept if students also pay only 50% of the prescribed fee and if they don't want to pay remaining? This decision will severely impact on admissions also in the next 2 years. Management is looking for temporary benefits of saving money by reducing employee salaries to 50% of what they have fixed, but it leads to irreparable loss to the University and management. Management is advised to correct their decision for better growth.

Infrastructure is Good. Management spends for infrastructure development.

Job Security, Whatever the salary offered will not be paid. For no reasons they deduct 30% - 50%. If any faculty asks the HR Dept, their answer will be Chancellor's decision. Decisions/Policies to cheat the staff. No Placements, quality of education is going down because of such policies. I have never seen such a worst Management.
