Unnecessary staybacks and duplication of work to simply increase the workload . Traditional approach. Too much emphasis on notes completion, which doesn't align with the 21st century skills. Co curricular activities done only for the sake of it

Less working hour , mess and transport facility.

  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Poor management , no increment, too much of work load and not allowing employees to have their food as well, service provided to the students are management oriented not student oriented.

Quality of the students,very poor. Most of the students are teachers wards only.so much pressure was given on teachers.Suddenly they asked me to quit the job .They have asked many teachers to quit the job suddenly in mid session.
