...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Employee can get good benifit from organization, I wish to pray for wellness of company in future.

Company middle management is not good,like Service head, without information they will transfer employees to other branches, they never give a chance to work with peaceful mind & they are always interesting to listen complaints from low mentality people's.

In this prerana commercial dept so much political that one i don't like when was team is good and support that time we are really good but here so much political on under employees so that one really bad in this prerana mainly no one identify this mistake they only asking sales that's it.... 😔😔😔this is very bad really bad.... But i till love prerana because i know prerana is good but not managers that's why i love prerana at the same time i hate so much managers😡😡😡😡😡worst behavior 😡😡😡..

I started working with Prerana from sep 2021, work wise its gud and job security also not bad.
