worst company to work for, why hire experience people if you can't pay them off well, no professionalism, no incentive structure, no hierarchy for growth, zero industry knowledge and strategies for same and if you suggest it will be ignored completely as they boast about being from HR department but ridiculously fail at value of employees and centered only on getting no without strategy, ill qualified managers, who have zero performance records in last companies. Even after doing highest sales no than 80 percent employees, you will be asked to leave because of your boss's insecurity and buttering issues. Skill development program they are offering but doesn't values for skilled people rather go for employee who can say yes and no as per them and still delivering zero work. Startups like these exploit people and investors both as there leadership lives in false bubble of no without industry knowledge.
