If any body is joining the company,please don't join.they will fire you in first 15 days only,without salary.you have to do 12 hours of a shift,where continue you have to do calling without break ,(, except lunch break.. There is too much pressure .

...he will not taking the same then it will make you frustrated here while working. As being a startup company of 2013 they will not pay you more than 13000 salary as an employee. And I don't think 13000 worth for the time you are investigating there. Another negative point is no food and transportation facility available there.

...asics. I accept the fact that if I am in sales, then time should be up and down. That is why I was ready to face extra time work, and that is only 7:30pm, and I am okay with this because I enjoy incentives also, and I earn more than my salary or half of the salary every month, so it will extend to chalta hai. After working in PREPCA, I realise no one is giving salary packages like this in the market. Also, salary comes on time and not even late by a single day. I took two-time apprisal or one-time promotion in this organisation in the last year or so. its all about your work, dedication, and what your goal is or how much you align with the organisation. If you are working in any organisation and not doing work or not getting any result, or there is zero benefit from you to any company, then we deserve the job insecurity for sure. Still, PREPCA gives you 3 months chance to improve yourself, and I don't find any job security concerns here. PREPCA's main focus is on only two things: first, the work culture, and second, the learning of all employees in 360° direction. That's why prepca conducts 2 to 3 learning activities every month regarding finance, health or spirituality, exel, AI, etc. With all the experts in the field, every day they meditate for 30 minutes; it's also learning and investing for yourself. Every festival is celebrated in Prepca with the founder and all, and the very best thing I experience in the PREPCA organization is that I am very satisfied with work because I love the work, and if you love the work then you will enjoy and find it satisfactory for sure. its not about work; it's all about culture. i mention all i experience, and this is what prepca is..

Poor marketing -0% work like balance No respect and appreciation to the efforts of employees Terrible work timings No pay for overtime Worst dress code policy Founders only follow spirituality don’t take any humanity lessons from that. Pressurised employees Employees have to strech work timings Login time is 9.30Am and logout time is 9.30PM. To prove your intent regarding targets you need to sacrifice your family time and need to do work on holidays also. Their targets are huge.
