It’s been almost a month since i came here at Prepca and absolutely love the work culture here , especially the managers here are super supportive and very interactive. The camaraderie within the teams is unmatched and looking forward to many more at Prepca.

I’ve just started so , so far so good but the only thing that i dislike is the Saturday working day, nothing else.

I really didn't like my thing about PrepCA

Dislikes

I really didn't like working with PrepCA no matter how your great achievement is in past but if you fail to meet their criteria once in month they will fire you without any hesitation. That's the worst thing. No work security.

Most I liked about PrepCA Eduserv is its Culture and founders who always seems to be energetic and creating positive vibes.

They encouraged me on the basis of work culture, like meditation but according to work & their requirements it use to vary. Work timings they mentioned was max 8.30 still it used to get stretch till 9.30-10 irrespective of you achieve Target or not. Paying scale is very worst even though being experienced.

Poor marketing -0% work like balance No respect and appreciation to the efforts of employees Terrible work timings No pay for overtime Worst dress code policy Founders only follow spirituality don’t take any humanity lessons from that.
