No Job Security. Hire & Fire culture Employees treated like machines. Zero help with expectations to fulfill. No proper organizational structure. No proper project planning. No proper delegation. Terrible attitude of CEO & CTO. Only care about making quick bucks. They don't give a damn about employee welfare. They squeeze you dry and then dispose of you.

Company trying to build product in clinical research and technologies used. Only non technical people and clinical scientist can think of working in this company either they may be lowly paid or have lesser work.

Very worst culture. So many people are fired that there are times where number of technical people would be less or equal to admin and operations team (Admin/HR/Manager/Director/Finance etc) . Company's director who boast himself before everyone and thinks he is intelligent and very good architect ever. As he worked in UK for some years, he used to describe always Indian education system and other systems here are very worst. He used to say that people working at Prenetics are unfit for job other than him. He forget that there are pros and cons everywhere which has to be resolved. HR is one who wants to make safe his job and lacs, do not have any integrity and always goes with director for any decisions made right from dismissal or temination and whatever else. Direcctor and HR do not have either integrity or professionalism used to threaten to dismiss anyone. They are Inefficient and unskillful for their positions.

First of all it's not software company, it's, Bogus Chinese Hongkong based cheating COVID testing company. Hire and fire is their policy, worst company...It's shares felled from 8 $ to 0.42. It's on the verge of delisting in NASDAQ. , they closed many of their office in uk and hk. They are about to close Chennai operations too. They terminated 95%staff in Chennai, only 5to 10 people sitting in 200seater office Danny is biggest cheater, Ajay Gussain is third grade person not for peon Peter Shankar made it family business
