In premium serum production team spirit is excellent. We motivate to employees, as per management order did the work planning with production team and complete the work within stipulated time.

Dislikes

There is salary issue. From last two years increment issues. I had working from last 5 years and 6 month but still they are not recommend any one for FDA approval.

Job is well secure, work culture, management & company policies are very good.

slightly away from highway, transportation is problematic if own vehicle not available. increment is not defined i.e. increment not done yearly, not having any time period. marketing strategy is very poor.

Company is good for learning the base of antisera field which contains immunisation of horses, titre testing, plasma collection and its separation, plasma purification by using pepsin digestion, maintaining cold chain for antiserum liquid products.

Dislikes

Management do not value an individual's strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
