1-product management is not good company does not run the product scheme and rate according to their competitors products 2-no promotion and increment facility available here 3-rate is too high for retailer 4-wholesale cant be done due to high rate which is impossible to deal with wholesaler

I joined this firm in 19 December 2019 to 31 December 2020 .during this period I brings more than 100% growth than previous years.but they didn't give me any incentives or bonuses. As per my offer letter they cheated my 52000 rupees.

The interviewer humiliates by saying you are weak in IR sir. He will not listen to you. He thinks there's a separate certification for IR from IRII, Mumbai. Disgraced by saying you are weak. And actually there's no authority on IR in India. Maybe wants good looking girls or money in interview.
