Worst organization to work with. Management is worst specialy Abhishek Verma( VP) & Anand Kedia( Director finance) they don't know about work. They will hold your salary. If you want to leave the organization they will not pay your salary

Not a better experience, I worked for 1.5 years, One man show... All your issues were handled by one person... CEO... No hierarchy in department. No one takes initiative. HR department will never support you in any issues . No appraisal No increment

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
