I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Salary package not good even if u give your best performance last 1 year i worked only for 12k I'm the senior engineer and still I'm not getting joining letter and experience letter and the very worst response in this company while I ask experience letter No benefit in this company

If you work you get benefits, if you work and not getting fruitful result also fine, if you don't work work much but getting results with luck also fine. But if you are not working at all then you will be fired by intimating there red flags.

CEO is a good person over there, he takes care of every individual in the office. Work environment is the best thing in office because we don’t have to take pressure over unnecessary things other thank work. On job training for freshers is too good, I went there as a fresher but now I have decent knowledge in US staffing industry.
