Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ically india and fires they with no reason they have high teacher change ratio. They do cost cutting by removing the experience teacher teacher and introducing the fresher at low salary. This is highly unstable school and none of the teacher should join this school to put here family livelihood in danger.they do not have any hr policies they may tell that you are terminated from tomorrow.

The management is congenial and supportive. An open and friendly environment to work.

Dislikes

Lack of planning. Last minute decisions. Sudden deadlines, which makes people work in the weekends and holidays too.
