If you joined this company on head office level firstly there is a someone who will make your life hell her name is Ankita Agarwal who is owner daughter. You won't be getting leave as such your leaves will be approval basis which she don't want to approve. You will get 8 to 9 national holiday also she's mad. Ramesh Sir who is the MD whose work is to give anything to you which is not your responsibility he love to shout!. Never join this company if they give you any position at Premier Merchants Pvt Ltd or Premier Nirman Pvt Ltd. their owner name is Abhinav Agarwal he is on other dimension. also stay way from Premier Honda. you will realise that you made a mistake in life you join this. Try to join at branch level at Premier Car World. BT Road under Abhishek Agarwal he is definitely concerned about company and employees. No to Premier Merchants, Premier Honda and Premier Nirman also avoid Head Office. If you want learn then go to head office. but you will have sacrifice leaves and other things

seniors are co-operative ,but those seniors are not there anymore . The culture stinks , work life will be hell. I suggest to enroll somewhere else .

no strategy or work distribution , Management is ill-literate & abusive .
