I got a chance to get a little closer with the company bosses. Both bosses are characterful. They respect the feelings of others (Gate security to Chief Managers). I think this alone is enough for a man to achieve all the merits.

It good place for mid level. But not a secured etiquette company for managers. Because the MD always listens only 2 to 3 heads. Will not think by his own brain. Nor your problems will be listened.
