I work in the defence and aerospace division called Astra and the work is interesting.

...tion is bad and work put in for the startup division (Astra) is not appreciated. They are providing salary and assigning work to employees working in this field(defence and aerospace) as if they were production company employees.

Low salary relatively to industrial standard, promotions are rare, internal politics, skill development depends on yourself not a single hand to raise you from company side. Peoples also resign if they were not valued properly.

New engineers will get more salary than who is working more 5 years here

Salary is very low for experienced engineers who is working more the 5 years in premier evolvics when comparing with same industry standards company's.

Here is no security of job suddenly they can take resign as saying we will give one month additional salary then they gives tremendous tension. Right now I am suffering from it. They can't understand market situation they want business only. How ? they don't know. Every customer is unsatisfied from this companies service. So not able to sell repeat product also.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.
