... the company, there is no system to follow or to maintain day to day work style. Company doesn't pay attention to the hardworking employees and the pay scale is very low for all the graduated employees..

work cullture is good and salary and increments are very low

For about my department we have to work on holdiays also like sundays without paying any extra pay this is very difficult me to do the continue with premier solar

...are giving 2 months training for the learning purpus .And Job security is good .Salary giving every month 5th day .Our company providing good bus speciality.am felling proudly am working in this company.The company environment is very cool.

Work pressure is haigh.And disadvantage is some times Sunday also working day.

Premier is dedicated to long term goals and has vast business expansion plans where as employee can acquire great knowledge.

First and third Saturday is working, rest else ntg dislikes to specify. everything is well

The chairman was very professional & supportive, also provides guidance when it is required. He is the spearhead of the company.

The culture, scope of work, skill development, teamwork could be improved.
