Doesn't pay fair money. There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. GM Pallab Gharami oils up some old employees, He has no power of his own.

The Ceo has let the HR handle all the matters regarding the delaershipnmaking her a defacto head, who is the most corrupted person stealing everyone's incentives and holding salaries of all those who don't massage her ego.

Some peoples not want to acknowledged the woman empowerment so found this as a challenge and cope up with the environment from past 7 years!

Manager level people are very selfish, they force the rules of the company on the lower level employees. This company is very stingy. The future is dark if you work here.
