There are more opportunities to build the career in predominantly new ideas are welcomed and apprecitable more over the companies policies are good and fair.

...politics with the senior employees and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is bit a slow. Job training is not given properly to the new comers.

Don't join here and you will regret later. You get nothing from here no benefits, no proper work environment, they say it's an IT product company but there's no buyer in here salary won't be credited on time if your an salary dependent never join this company they will treat you as a puppet if they dislike its never an proper product based company. And one main thing you never get your PF credited in your account there are people still who haven't got their PF credited even after 2 to 3 years leaving the company.
