Dislikes

The company operates with a deeply toxic and manipulative culture. Management is extremely inconsistent, favoritism-driven, and places their own interests above everything else. If they favor you, you might get ahead, but if they don’t, you can be discarded without notice. The company's stated commitment to integrity is nothing but a façade. They bend policies to suit their needs, and the real truth is hidden behind false narratives. As a former HR employee with nearly six years at the company, I tried to bring about positive change for the employees, but it was always a losing battle --constantly going against management. It became so toxic that I eventually had to leave after suffering abuse and assault from the management. The management lies about employee exits to the board & other employees, claiming that "HR has analyzed and decided the employee is non-performing" or "the employee couldn’t handle the pressure." In reality, employees leave because of the toxic work environment and the abusive nature of management. Employees are often misled during terminations. For instance, one senior employee was told that "the board has decided to dismiss this position," but in reality, she was simply fired because the director didn’t like her. This highlights the lack of professionalism and transparency in the organization. The company pressures employees—especially HR staff—to post fake positive reviews on Glassdoor and AmbitionBox to artificially inflate the company's reputation. I was also forced to post such reviews under pressure. Management thrives on micromanagement and controlling every aspect of the employees' lives. In one case, a senior scientist was fired simply for having a smoke break outside the office premises with a lab technician. This is a clear example of the extreme micromanagement and lack of empathy from the top. Special Warning for Female Employees: They tolerate abusive and exploitative behavior, especially toward women.If you are a woman, avoid joining this company. They not only endorse exploitative and demeaning behavior but also reward those who engage in it. Female employees are subjected to mistreatment, and the company does little to protect or support them. Advice: If you value your mental health, integrity, and professional well-being, do not join Premas Biotech. The toxic environment, unethical practices, manipulation, and mistreatment of employees—especially women—make this a dangerous place to work. The company rewards dishonesty and micromanagement while punishing those who try to stand up for what’s right.No matter how hard you try to make a change, it’s always a losing battle against management, who prioritize their own interests over everything else.

If you want to ruin your career, then join this company 1. Management is very biased- They give promotion and Salary increase to some employees in the middle of the year and again during appraisal they will again give salary increment with in 3 months at-least follow the policy. * employee are waiting for justice from management but management doesn’t not follow its own policy 2 now value of PhD employees 3.manager support their fav employee and give good feedback about him or her to management 4 No job security- they fire employees on regular basis 5 no respect for personal life
