If you want to ruin your career, then join this company 1. Management is very biased- They give promotion and Salary increase to some employees in the middle of the year and again during appraisal they will again give salary increment with in 3 months at-least follow the policy. * employee are waiting for justice from management but management doesn’t not follow its own policy 2 now value of PhD employees 3.manager support their fav employee and give good feedback about him or her to management 4 No job security- they fire employees on regular basis 5 no respect for personal life

...gement. Poor Human resource. The head HR does not know anything about the field. On notice period, they will not pay you for 3 months (1 month if on probationary).

No proper planning. Ad-hoc based projects No proper QA and GMP practice Job is totally based on project funding. From Ast.manager level no job security.

Too much micromanagement in the USP and DSP departments. Lack of transparency (during COVID no one told which teammates were positively infected and called these staff to run batches, treatment like labor) Immature HR fails to address the employees and fails to place a good example of work ethic. Inadequate HR policy No use of any technology such as timesheet filling, inventory management, planning, hell lot of useless paperwork Power struggle and constant political maneuvering to create a toxic work culture in the USP and DSP team Personal priority over overall team growth, lack of cooperation with new staff members Old staff members have too much arrogant nature in the team and display of unprofessional behaviour
