Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Staff is the best part there. And the organisation isn't supportive at all.

Dislikes

...them is that they aren't direct. They tell different things to different people. They refused to provide salary to their staff for the month of May even after working for the entire month. And when people started working they only called their male staff to work and gave excuses to their female staff that we will call you up from July and asked the female staff to work on commission basis instead of providing them a definite sum of salary, even though they didn't agree. They left their employees during the most crucial time.
