...s transparent. There is a not huge cafeteria and not gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good, appraisals are not fair and they give not good salary hike and bonus not every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Prem motors easily accept freshers or from other field employee so being a fresher it is good opportunity to get experience in automobiles And enhance your skill with their soft skills training programs.

Dislikes

Salary structure not well, few appraisal, work environment not good for experienced employee, very slow career growth.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that Iam a part of a team that market reliable. Another plus point is my colleagues come from various cultural back grounds,and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late in the night. Team Leaders and Sales executives do not value an individual's unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my clients,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also there is no on -job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...en by senior management. Even main company boss dont listen to junior employee. If you are joining on higher level or big salary no body will cooprate you.

1. HR's most important duety is only how to cut the salary of employees. No any support of HR to low or mid level employees. 2. Only top management get promoted and also get hike too. 3. No full FnF provide to employees, and if you want to get FnF you need to file a case in labour court. 4. Join there for training purposes only. Learn and go to some other dealers. 5. No matter how loyal and hard working employees you are if you don't get chamchami you means nothing for company. 6. There some people who get more than 70K salary only for chamchagiri.
