It is common here for work on saturdays and sundays. manager and hr is sync about you, so anything going negative is finally end with termination. If you are quite or don't know praise your management, you will be getting under performer or non cooperative employee status for sure.

It fine . For junior programmers with less salary company ready to engage, but senior people they ask us to train them, our life go in questionyes good company policy

No proper facilities, Toilets are shabby and broken toilet seats, No proper chairs, torn headset sponges, and they have Toxic leaders. team leaders in the inside sales team night shift are so full of toxicity they wont allow others to grow. Not a safe place for Girls.
