Dislikes

Trust & believe issue from factory admin dept on ground level staff. Need to upgrade metallity & encourage to those employee who really have potential to achieve Targets & can take over real responsibility which helps company to grow.. But regret to tell you that due to poor Admin & HR dept the quality employee gets hide & undeserved employee gets in focus.

I loved working with Pregna International ltd., I was part of team which markets reliable, high quality medical devices. Pregna has global presence. As a result I could travel to many countries. They value employees strength and helps to grow. Work pressure was moderate. Pregna management is very caring. They help employees to grow professionally as well as socially. They also take care of employees' family members and inculcate values in them They help people by giving 12 days paid leave for attending Vipassana. I really loved working with Pregna International Ltd.,

I got many appreciation from customers however doesn't helped during annual appraisal.
