...ing, Don't join this company. They finished your career without any information. All staffs are frustrated due to unnecessary deductions in TA, DA and salary with no clarity about of it. Company's higher professionals have negative attitudes. Hire and Fire policy. They didn't provide any experience, relieving letters and no settlement about your salary and TA DA. If you raise a question like salary and TA DA deductions, Customer's Tractor finance problem then they fired/Kick out you from the company without any reason. We need legal support for that type company who play with new students career and exploit the people like employees and business partners, Dealers which money stucked in this company and they did not give that money.

JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISKS, Only 2 Gazette holidays in year, Every Month Deductions in salary without any reason and information, they don't provide salary slip, NO HR POLICY, And Final Words PREET GROUP is just big name But not zero for Employees benefits, Preet Group (Tractor, Agro and other new plant ) this is not corporate company, this is only like as a workshop of Agro Automobiles.

Three Units of Preet Tractors on same location known as Preet Tractors, Preet Agro Industries & Preet Construction Equipment's ( 8 + Owners MD's & Directors Sitting in every plant. too much interference in work culture by owners. (Nothing to like here just giving full review)

Company owner attitude like a cheap shopkeeper, failure management, dominant culture, politics, salary issue every month, TA DA NEVER COME ON TIME if come on time after a deduction without any reason
