No HR Policy for EMPLOYESS. Only 2 or 3 Gazette Holidays on annual basis, Every month salary deductions without any reason or they can't explain this because top management not favor in employees. Every where cameras like in every office. they don't give you proper salary slips. Too many lacks in employment. TOP in politics in every department and in TOP management also. Final Words this is not and company or corporate company this is only workshop. JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISKS.

Owner's focus on negotiation salary. always deal like shopkeeper. No Gazette Holidays, Always Deduction in Salary without inform to employees. they don't provide salary slips. Only one short leave . Strict timings, POOR Cheap Management politics, nobody want to work on front foot, your work will not appreciate, always leg pulling by own department, Everything same in all departments. Final Words THIS IS NOT A COMPANY, THIS IS ONLY WORKSHOP. CULTURE IS VERY VERY VERY POOR.
