Management ofthe company is excellent and do care for employees and mankind relations with social aspects.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work pressure increases and the dependency on one person get overloaded to the person who is in a hurry to complete the tasks and at that time the fear of error increase

It was a pleasant working with prcomp tools. Precomp is in a manufacturing of cutting tools and the work experience was good. The working skills were developed and growth was satisfactory. Management is keen to develop multy tasking and the authorities were given to individuals. The work scope was a limited one and the skill developments were at a certain limits.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
