This company come to my college for Internship Drive, and lot of students join this company and most of the student leave company within 1 month. This company is career dead-end as a professional workplace. Employees are threated like factory workers - phones are confiscated at entry and store in lockers, cutting off all outside communication. The brutal 12+ hours shift are mandatory, often extending beyond scheduled hours with no regard for work-life balance. Management enforces strict factory-like condition while offering zero professional development or growth opportunities. If you value your career growth and basic workplace dignity, look elsewhere.
