Job secure ?? Personnel Financial growth is very slow , bonus?? Internal team(precision) technically no support to site Engg , because of they ask support plan?? Major drawback and customer going to bad think.

You will mostly work on client places, so you learn more knowledge and develop high level skills with top clients.

Salary is low No work life balance, of you work in client you need to be work 24*7 and also sometimes need to work for 2 days continuously without sleep. No promotion and hikes. Managers are harsh if you ask one day leave for emergency too.. No other benefits, if you own interest to learn new skills and gain knowledge only you consider this company

There's no facility for basic need in the company,like cafiteria,good was rooms, And we are spending our money to work for there clients and there's no reinversment for the money and they won't give hike for an year also.

Specifically, I have witnessed or heard about: - Excessive workload and long hours without adequate compensation or recognition - Lack of autonomy and control over work - Verbal abuse and humiliation by management - Discrimination and favoritism - Unclear expectations and constantly changing goals This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reminiscent of slavery. I believe that all employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and it's our responsibility to speak out against such abuses."
