We people, work at client site, and there is no connections between our company staffs. Hence we are least bothered people from client side as well as parent company also. We have only contact with the reporting manager. We dont aware about which the benefits company provides.

Biased work culture from management. Our concerns never heard. Variable pay is just name sake and not paid for more than years. They treat very badly after resignation and delayed full and final settlement, it took almost 75 days to clear.

I have good team mates, I am learning different things from our team mates. They are all have supportive nature. I wishing and thanking to all my team mates.

Specifically, I have witnessed or heard about: - Excessive workload and long hours without adequate compensation or recognition - Lack of autonomy and control over work - Verbal abuse and humiliation by management - Discrimination and favoritism - Unclear expectations and constantly changing goals This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reminiscent of slavery. I believe that all employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and it's our responsibility to speak out against such abuses."
